Site is planning to organise an IDEA contest on the eve of celebration of NAVRATNA status of Coal India Ltd.

Purpose behind this contest is to hunt the hidden CIL talent from the remote places, polish them and use this latent energy at optimum level.

Never ever we have so many brains with so much information, so many tools at our disposal, so many ways of making good ideas come to company and nation. In the midst of this, new studies are reinforcing the simple wisdom that beyond a certain very basic level of material wealth, the only thing that increases individual happiness over time is helping our society, organization so nation.

In this company, we don't believe we have the answers, but we do believe the answers are out there. May be anywhere -- but may be not.

May be the answer that helps somebody is in your head, in something you've observed, some notion that you've been fiddling with, some small connection you've noticed, some old thing you have seen with new eyes.

If you have an idea that you believe would help nation, we want to hear about it. We're looking for ideas that help nation as many ways as possible, in any way, and sponsor of the contest are committing to try the execution of the same.
